Homework is a pointless task,
So children of the world all ask:
“What is it that we’ve done Miss,
To deserve a punishment like this?”
Is it our school report?
Is it because of the nits we caught?
So please Miss, no hesitation
Can you answer us this question?
Why must we be doing work
When we could be outside;
Making new mates;
Discovering the world;
Riding our bikes;
And generally having a good time?
