Silently creeping
nothing but blackness
A monster blacks out the sun
Cold and cruel
It's eye, large an round
Surveys his land
He spreads chills through the village
Humans shiver
They dive under cloth and slip into unconsciousness
The monster's scales sparkle like gems
it's body turning from blue to violet to black
Darkness
It creeps in
Closer
Closer
The monster screams
Silent scream
It is changing
Black to violet to blue
The monter disappears
It's gone
But it will return
Becuase the monster , Night
Always has it's revenge
